A fine pair of Vintage Oval Ruby & Diamond Earrings set in 18ct White Gold, Circa 1970

A very fine pair of Oval Ruby & Diamond Earrings centrally four raised-claw set with two Natural Strong Red Oval Cut Rubies of approximately 2.60 Carats in total weight, with an Indication of Moderate Thermal Enhancement. The Rubies are surrounded by twenty-eight Round Brilliant-cut Diamonds of approximately 0.73 Carats in total and of E - F Colour & VS Clarity. Both Earrings are on post and butterfly fittings.

These Earrings are accompanied by an Independent Gemmologists Report confirming the above assessment

It should be noted that moderately treated Rubies are often commensurate with Gems produced in Jewellery manufactured post 1915
