A very fine High Carat Yellow Gold (tested) double layered star pendant/brooch, centrally set with one central "Old Round Cut" Diamond, surrounded by "Pave Set" "Old Round Cut" Diamonds and numerous Natural Pearls, with a Blue Enamel to the outline of the star. A brooch pin fastener with an articulated bail to the top, The bale would need an adjustment if it is to be worn as a pendant.
