A very elegant 18ct Yellow & White Gold (stamped), Art Deco Sapphire & Diamond Two Stone Twist Ring (Moi et Toi). Circa 1930

A very elegant 18ct Yellow & White Gold (stamped), Art Deco Sapphire & Diamond, Two Stone Twist Ring (Moi et Toi). This beautiful ring is accompanied by an independent Gemmologist's report confirming the following: Firstly, a claw set natural mixed cut Sapphire (oval), of approximately 0.65 Carats, Colour Grade Blue, lightly included, with indications of thermal enhancement observed (normal in Sapphire jewellery, post 1915). Secondly a Claw Set, Old Mine Cut Diamond (Oval) of approximately 0.60 Carats, G Colour and VS2 Clarity. The stylised shoulders are Pave Set with twelve Single Cut Diamonds of approximately 0.15 Carats, F - G Colour and VS2 - SI2 Clarity. The gem weights quoted above are approximate, as assessed in their mounts.
