A very fine 18 ct. White Gold & Platinum Oval 2.40ct Sapphire & Diamond Three Stone Ring. Circa 1935

A very fine 18ct White Gold & Platinum (worn marks) three stone Sapphire and Diamond ring, centrally "Rub-over set" with a lovely "Oval Cut"  Natural Untreated Cornflower Blue Sapphire assessed as being of 2.40 carats, Medium Blue and Eye Clean, the Sapphire supported on either side by two "Round Brilliant Cut" Diamonds assessed as weighing a total of 0.68 Carats, G-H colour and VS clarity.

It should be noted that untreated Sapphires are rare and this ring is accompanied by an Independent Gemmological Report from WGI Labs UK Ltd. No: WGI962411732 confirming the above assessment.
